Jollo is building a smart electric mobility ecosystem for Africa, with initial rollout starting in Nigeria. Our website provides information about EV ownership, Drive-to-Own access, charging support, service, partnerships, and future ride-hailing plans.

The Jollo website is currently intended to provide information, collect interest, support early registrations, and enable communication with potential EV buyers, drivers, fleet owners, partners, investors, and ecosystem participants.

The EV Buyer Waitlist allows interested individuals, businesses, fleet owners, and operators to register interest in Jollo’s upcoming EV access and ownership opportunities.

By joining the waitlist, you understand that:

• Vehicle details, models, pricing, and availability are not final until officially confirmed
• Waitlist registration does not reserve or guarantee a vehicle
• Additional steps may be required before any purchase, reservation, or delivery
• Jollo may update, pause, or close waitlist access at any time

The Drive-to-Own program is being designed to help qualified drivers, fleet owners, and mobility operators access electric vehicles through pre-registration, KYC, eligibility review, and structured monthly payment plans that may lead toward ownership.

By pre-registering for Drive-to-Own, you understand that:

• Pre-registration does not guarantee acceptance, financing, or vehicle allocation
• KYC and eligibility checks may be required
• A flat pre-registration fee may apply once the program opens
• Final registration fees, deposits, payment plans, ownership timelines, and program terms will be confirmed separately
• Jollo may accept, reject, prioritise, or defer applications based on eligibility, availability, operational requirements, and program criteria
• Any final Drive-to-Own agreement will be governed by separate written terms and documents

Do not submit false, misleading, incomplete, or inaccurate information during pre-registration.

Jollo is working to develop charging, service, and infrastructure partnerships to support EV adoption.

Any information about charging locations, charging network features, service support, maintenance, after-sales support, partner locations, or charging locator features is provided as part of Jollo’s development roadmap unless stated as live and available.

Jollo does not guarantee that charging points, charging partners, service partners, or maintenance support will be available in every location or at every time.

Jollo plans to introduce EV-powered ride-hailing as part of its broader mobility ecosystem.

Unless specifically announced, ride-hailing is not currently available for live booking through the website. Any ride-hailing content, updates, or forms are for interest collection, launch updates, driver/operator interest, and future planning.

Do not rely on the website as a live ride-booking or transport service unless Jollo officially launches that feature.

The website allows companies, service providers, charging partners, property owners, financing partners, investors, and ecosystem participants to submit interest.

Submitting an inquiry does not create a partnership, investment relationship, financing commitment, commercial agreement, agency relationship, or legal obligation between you and Jollo.

Any partnership, investment, financing, service, or commercial arrangement must be confirmed in separate written agreements signed or approved by authorised representatives of the parties.
